Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. 

 

In the event of a high volume of orders, this can be subject to delay. If a day is expected then an email shall be sent to the customer letting them know of the new expected delivery date.

*This table is based on FedEx's estimated shipping times. Pricing is based currently on the weight of the individual weight of the product. 


 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Due to the size of most products, we will not be shipped to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once an order has been processed a customer will receive an email letting them know the item has been shipped along with the order tracking number.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Custom Wheels USA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Custom Wheels USA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

Before sending back a return please contact our sales team. Please have your order confirmation on hand. When a return has been approved it should be sent to 5606 Murfreesboro Rd, La Vergne, Tennessee, 37089, USA. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon by Custom Wheels USA.
